Accreditations are like awards. If you don’t have them you say they’re not important. Quite simply we’re committed to quality and continuous improvement and we see our accreditations as a small demonstration of this.
ISO 9001
ISO 9001 has enabled us to be more structured and organised and it helps us achieve the right results first time.
Our clients benefit from this consistency.
Today we have rigour and discipline in our processes and systems, which are audited internally every month and externally every year.
Clients particularly appreciate our attention to detail, the fact that we do what we say and our openness to finding better ways of working.
PRINCE2
PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management. It provides an easily tailored and scaleable methodology for the management of all types of projects and has become the standard for project management in the UK.
Two of our in-house project managers (Julian and Elizabeth) are PRINCE2 certified. So we offer a safe pair of hands for clients who expect their projects and programmes to be completed on time and on budget; particularly on bigger, more complex projects where they face bigger risks.
Change Management
Ensuring that our clients benefit from the projects and programmes we deliver is critical.
Unfortunately, we see poor examples all the time:
- We’ve seen new intranets that employees don’t like to use
- We’ve seen websites that are not updated due to lack of training
- We’ve seen new software fall flat because people don’t understand its benefits
At S-Group, we always aim to engage employees as early as possible in the project lifecycle – preferably at the scoping stage so they have ownership early on. We then drive change post-project delivery to ensure maximum ROI; using tools including eLearning, video tutorials, webinars, podcasts and events.
